A new way to 'park' your baby has just been launched and available now at Bunnings and Ikea. The 'Dangle Baby' system is a relatively simple wall mounted storage rack similar to the racks holding bikes on the back of cars. Available for $10.99 for single and $59.99 for double or triple.
Simply dangle your baby on the wall and they will be there when you come back. This ingeniously simple method of 'baby parking' was created by Mr Jackson when he was drunk one night and wondered if there was a simple system to park a baby.
"Dangling them on the wall seemed like an obvious solution" said Mr Jackson. "Once these babies start crawling you can just never be sure where they will end up". The early concepts using Velcro proved not strong enough and babies kept falling off the wall.
On a trip to Bunnings Mr Jackson saw extra long screws and wall plugs and hit on the idea of ditching the velcro and using something more stable for Dangle Baby. Now, babies are able to be stored securely by simply wedging the nappy attachment onto the hook.
FAQ Trouble shooting: In this picture the nappy attachment has detached from the baby who has moved away from the wall. Simply needs to have the nappy attachment reattached to the nappy and then the baby redangled.
